Working with SC TEAMS Toward a Common Goal
SC TEAMS serves as the hub organization for four Technical Assistance Providers in South Carolina. Each provider offers evidence-based resources and practices in their particular specialty area. At Transition Alliance our emphasis is on increasing graduation rates and post-school transition success.
