Transition Advisory Council (TAC) Of York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties
TAC is made up of local school district representatives and local and state agencies who support the transition of people with disabilities. TAC meets monthly to:
- share information about local events
- highlight local programs
- plan and conduct events to benefit transition age students
- share information about transition resources needed by parents and teachers
